With over 20 years of industry experience, Mike Gross has served as a Financial Planning Professional, Retirement Benefits Consultant, Investment Advisor, and Wealth Manager.
Mike completed a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Kentucky in Family Resource Management & Economics, with an emphasis in Financial Planning. He holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning from The American College’s Irwin Graduate School. Mike is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) Professional, and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS®), with Curriculum developed at The International Society & The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. Mike is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), a Certified Financial Manager (CFM), a Chartered Seniors Retirement Advisor (CASL®), and a Qualified Retirement Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC). Mike is a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and an Affiliate Member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Mike has taught Financial & Retirement Planning Workshops at many of the region’s largest employer groups. His specialties include: Group Qualified & Non-Qualified Retirement Plans, Personal Wealth Management, Tax Planning, Risk Management & Insurance, Executive Compensation, Retirement Income Planning, Employee Group Benefits, Philanthropy & Planned Giving, and Estate Planning Strategies. Mike serves as current President of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists - Louisville Chapter, and is an active member of the Louisville Employee Benefits Counsel (LEBC) and the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
